Why does WINNOW focus on thrifted + handmade items?
Because mass consumerism is exhausting, the planet is tired, and beautiful things already exist—we just have to find them. Also, growing up in an immigrant household taught me that quality doesn’t have to be expensive, and creativity can turn “what we have” into “more than enough.

Where do you source your items?
We’re out here treasure-hunting like it’s our favorite hobby (because… it is). Flea markets, thrift shops, yard and estate sales, local sellers—you name it, we’ve scoured it. Handmade goodies are crafted in-house or in collaboration with local artists doing cool, creative things.
What’s included in the gift bundles?

Long answer: Each bundle is one-of-a-kind and may include a gently used or new book, unique home goods, cute accessories, kitchenware finds, or eco-friendly handmade treats (think crochet, mostly). Sometimes we slip in extras like teas, candles, or seasonal goodies because we can’t help ourselves. Everything you see in the listing is exactly what arrives at your door.
Can I request a custom bundle?
Absolutely. Crafting the perfect gift is our Olympic sport.

Are the gift items new or used?
A mix! Most are gently used or like-new. Every piece is chosen for its quality, charm, and good vibes, and all photos are taken so you know exactly what you’re getting. Think of it as curated thrifting without the digging.
What if my order is a gift?
Just mark it as a gift at checkout or drop us a note! We’ll leave out the pricing and include a cute note with your message. Expect the recipient to message you something like “OMG?? This is SO me??”
How are items packaged?
Like eco-friendly nesting dolls. We reuse clean boxes, padding, tissue, and materials whenever possible. Your order is always secure, always cute, and always planet-friendly.
Do you offer local pickup?
If you're near the Philadelphia, PA/South Jersey area, yes!
Free, contactless pickup by appointment. Just choose “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll coordinate a time that works for you.

Not yet! We currently ship within the U.S. but are exploring the most sustainable way to expand abroad without giving Mother Earth a panic attack.
